Non-Returnable Items:

1. Electrical & Electronic Parts

o All sales of electrical and electronic items are final.

o Due to the sensitive nature of these components, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

o This includes, but is not limited to sensors, modules, ECUs, switches, wiring harnesses, and similar items.

o Please confirm compatibility before purchasing. If you are uncertain, contact our support team for guidance at support@advancegse.com. We are happy to assist you in selecting the right parts.

2. Custom or Special-Order Items are non-returnable

Products that manufactured or sourced specifically for a customer’s request. 

Returns Accepted (with Conditions):

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

· The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery to us with your order number and reason for return to support team at support@advancegse.com.

· A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained from AMPJET GPU support team.

· The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

· A 15% restocking feeapplies to all approved returns.

· Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable.

· The customer is responsible for all return shipping and duty costs.

· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued minus applicable fees(restocking, shipping, and duties).
